Single parents, free helpline (weekdays, daytime). More information about their helpline and opening hours here. Gingerbread provide expert advice, practical support and campaign for single parents. They also offer groups and online discussion boards.
This charity sends a volunteer to visit your family’s home for a couple of hours every week. The website can direct you to local help.

It’s easy to underestimate the effect that your relationship can have on your family dynamic and sleep patterns. At the same time, disrupted sleep can put a strain on the best of relationships. You can book a session for relationship counselling, phone them, use email counselling, or try live chat online.
