At Better Rest our mission is to support parents in finding ways to cope with sleep deprivation, to gain a better feeling of rest and a better quality of sleep.
We provide a free ‘no crying’ step-by-step sleep programme for parents of babies and young children. We include clear practical summaries of other popular methods and different things to try, as well as providing a social media presence which shares and celebrates experiences of early parenthood.
We know how tough it can be for parents with long term sleep deprivation. As parents ourselves, as we looked for ways to cope, we developed a method which really does help you feel better, with no crying required.
